Everyone may be aware of Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Social Anxiety but do you really know about the experiences and perspectives of hidden differences with ethnic background?
There are a lot of phrases stereotypes and presumptions not only with their difficulties but later misconceptions due to their ethnicity.
But it’s not about perception and you can’t lump everyone under the same brush

Valuing Multicultural Differences
CHALLENGES THE ATTITUDES
A multicultural person with hidden differences can face many stigmas. For example, a person’s positive qualities can be wrongly undervalued and seen as a nuisance. This can be based on the rating against them this can affect any environment with personal relationships along with connections at work, education and in communities.
A multicultural person with hidden differences faces many obstacles and challenges due to the difficulties and the colour of their skin.
However, this is not an excuse to use ignorance to demonise and to see the worst out of them

Rather than make a judgement of a person’s difficulties, look at the positive qualities and passions. This includes strengths and their positive attributes.

For example, there are many multicultural people with hidden differences who are positive role models and achievers including scientist, journalists, artists and award-winning sports athletes.

Have a balance between a person’s difficulties and their positive qualities value them better, listen and take their voices series. Also, involve them in solutions and ideas and not impose decisions against them.
However, we must stop using closed minds to make negative allegations and judgments
So everyone needs to be smart about how we approach a judge of a person with hidden differences
